Introduction

Hi yall! My name is Coach Reisner. I was born & raised in San Angelo, Texas & then moved off to Joplin, MO to attend college & play football at Missouri Southern State University. I played for a year & a half before injuries forced me to call it quits. I then got an opportunity to coach at MSSU while finishing my degree. I spent 2 years coaching at MSSU while finishing my bachelors degree. Afterward, I accepted a coaching job at Avila University in Kansas City, MO. I coached there for a year while taking classes for a Master's in both Education & Psychology. I then transfered schools & moved back home to San Angelo & accepted a coaching job at Angelo State University where I finished my Master's in Education. I hope to continue coaching at the college level but do also really enjoy teaching to elementary students. My college coach was my inspiration to teach/coach. His favorite quote that I use was; "Become better by 1% everyday. Whether that's in football or life, become a better person by 1% everyday." So I ask all you, Did you become 1% better today?! I expect high quality effort from both my students & parents. P.E. is suppose to be about fun, but it's also a time where students learn how to make smart decisions & live healthy lifestyles!
